We consider robust due diligence to be a crucial part of the investment process, especially gaining a clear picture of the specific target company, the geological circumstances, the environment, and the local management team. That is why we do not believe in “desk-top” evaluations but in direct contact with local management, on-site evaluations, and close monitoring to understand project feasibility, profitability, and local circumstances throughout the investment process.
As a crucial component of our investment process, we conduct on-site visits. Initially, our international team of geologists analyzes soil conditions, and subsequently, we closely monitor the production processes within the mines. Our deep commitment extends to building enduring relationships with the local community, ensuring environmental protection, and fostering sustainable production methods. Additionally, we maintain a vigilant eye on the working conditions in the mines and evaluate the local management's capacity to address forthcoming challenges.
